Each year, we carry out more than 6,000 transports, with an execution accuracy rate of 98.16%, confirming our commitment to quality, organization and responsibility toward every client.
Stable and controlled growth
Since 2021, Jim Transporti d.o.o. has recorded continuous and controlled growth. Despite the challenges faced by the logistics sector, we have successfully maintained business stability and continued investing in development.
The main challenges include rising input costs, a shortage of qualified workforce and changing market conditions. Nevertheless, our company continues to adapt and respond to the needs of the market.
In 2023, we invested in business digitalization, both in the transport segment and in the production and warehouse processes related to AdBlue® by Jim. This enabled better control, monitoring and management of all business processes.
Business results and market development
Business results in 2024 continued the positive trend of controlled growth and further development. Although the market still presents certain limitations, especially regarding the adjustment of transport prices to rising costs, we see positive developments through the stabilization of cost structures and opportunities for high-quality business cooperation.
Strategic goals and further development
Our future focus remains on further controlled growth in two key segments: transport and the production and sale of AdBlue® by Jim.
In the medium term, we plan to further increase the market share of AdBlue® by Jim and continue investing in the expansion of warehouse and logistics capacities.
This will allow us to create the conditions for offering additional logistics services, including transshipment, goods handling and services for third parties.
The long-term goal of Jim Transporti d.o.o. is to become a reliable 3PL partner offering high-quality services and successfully responding to all client requirements.
